Mr. Moorhead has stepped down as a director of the Company but will remain as a geological and technical advisor. Coda has entered into a consultancy agreement with Mr. Moorhead for ongoing support. The Company does not have any immediate plans to replace Mr. Moorhead as a director of the Company. Commenting on Mr Moorhead’s resignation, Coda’s Chair Mr Keith Jones said: “Colin has been a highly valued board member since his appointment in August 2019. We would like to thank him for his enormous contribution as a board member.
