I Have an Enquiry About my Shareholding/ I Wish to Change My Registered Details:
Due to data privacy laws, we cannot respond directly to most enquiries about shareholdings. All share registry matters are managed by Automic Shareholder Services.
Most shareholding matters can be resolved by logging into the Automic Investor Portal Using your SRN/ HIN at: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah
For enquires relating to how many shares you own, a change of address, missing voting forms, or any administrative matter please contact Automic by email at hello@nullautomic.com.au or on 1300 288 664.
For Automic’s FAQ section please visit: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/support
What is an SRN or HIN?
SRN stands for Securityholder Reference Number. An SRN is used to identify the owner of shares that are held by a share registry (i.e. the shares are issuer sponsored). An SRN usually starts with a capital “I”.
Keep in mind that an HIN is different to an SRN. An HIN is used to identify the owner of shares that are held/managed (i.e. sponsored) by a broker like CommSec and usually starts with an “X”. If you have a HIN then most matters including change of address will be managed through your broker.
This reference can be found on correspondence from Automic usually in the top right of the first page.
This number is very important, you should not email this to us or give it to anyone else other than in the course of contacting Automic by calling them directly.
If you have mislaid your HIN/ SRN Automic can send out a new statement to your registered address.
I Would Like to Ask a Question about Coda Minerals:
For questions or comments in relation to Coda, our projects, strategy, or any other aspect of the Company please email us at info@nullcodaminerals.com this address is monitored during business hours.
We are always happy to receive constructive comments and questions and will do our best to get back to you with a fulsome response.
I’d Like to Talk with Someone Directly:
In order to keep costs low and money being spent in-ground we do not have an EA or receptionist. The Company number goes through to an outsourced answering service with no ability to transfer calls. The person answering your calls is not an employee of Coda Minerals but will take a message and email us directly.
Please leave a clear message with a contact number and a reason for the call and we will try to call you back.
For most matters, you will receive a much faster response by emailing info@nullcodaminerals.com with your question and if you’d like to talk to someone rather than receive a written response, please provide your phone number and the best times to call you back.
For shareholding matters, please contact Automic Shareholder Services.
I Have a Product or Service I Wish to Sell to Coda:
If you wish to contact us in regard to a sales matter, please email info@nullcodaminerals.com with a clear description of what you wish to discuss. We will respond if interested in receiving additional information. Please do not call, our call service has no ability to transfer calls and due to the volume of sales calls received, we do not respond to inbound sales requests by phone.
How Can I Help Coda Minerals?
We would be very grateful if you could please sign up for electronic communications via our share registry- you can do this here: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/support/2/sub?faqId=6
Signing up for e-comms saves us money in postage costs and means you don’t have to wait for important communications from us.
